Après ce petit souci, j’ai écrit au service client et l’équipe m’a contactée avec une solution très professionnelle et généreuse. Ils ont procéder à l’envoi de la bonne taille des pantoufles et m’ont dit de garder la paire reçu trop grande gratuitement. J’ai reçu la bonne paire en 2jours seulement.
