American (United States) shipping Rates:

At this time, we do not ship to the United States due to differing regulatory requirements for baby and children's products between the U.S. and Canada.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. To get a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If this does not generate a rate, please proceed to checkout, where the total shipping cost will be calculated.

Please note that we may cancel international orders if we believe the product does not meet the regulatory or safety standards required in your country, or if the shipping costs calculated at checkout were incorrect due to carrier or system discrepancies.

❗Duties For International Shipments 

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international shipments depending on the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed about any potential import charges before placing an order. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the buyer’s home country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

Refusing Shipments

For domestic shipments, if a customer refuses a shipment and the package is returned to us, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. For more information on returns, please see our refund policy.

For international shipments, if a customer refuses delivery, refuses to pay customs duties/taxes, or abandons the package at customs, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the high costs associated with international return shipping, these packages are generally abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity: If an order is flagged by our security systems or payment processor as potentially fraudulent, we may cancel the order to protect both the customer and our business.

• Remote or ineligible shipping destinations: If the delivery address is in a remote location, shipping rates may be significantly higher than standard courier fees. In these cases, we may need to cancel the order or contact you to discuss additional shipping charges before proceeding. Large items—such as baby gear, furniture, and ride-on cars—are particularly susceptible to cancellation when shipped to remote areas due to elevated carrier costs. If you are located in a remote region, please email us before placing your order so we can verify whether delivery is possible and provide an accurate shipping estimate.

• Pricing or technical errors: On rare occasions, technical issues on our website may result in incorrect pricing, shipping rates, or product information. If such an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Inventory discrepancies: If an item becomes unavailable or out of stock, and we are unable to fulfill your order in a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the order and notify you.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will receive an email notification and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
