How to File a Warranty Claim

To ensure the quickest possible resolution, manufacturers require specific details to verify your claim. Including all this information in your first email will ensure the fastest response.

Please include these 5 items in your initial email:

  • 1. Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  • 2. Product Identification: A clear photo of the product label (usually a white sticker with the serial number or PO number and date of manufacture).
  • 3. Description of the Issue: A brief explanation and a photo or video clearly showing the defect.
  • 4. Part Number: If applicable, please refer to your instruction manual to identify the specific part number that is defective.
  • 5. Your Contact Info: Full name, shipping address, phone number, and email.

Contacting the Brands

Please address your email directly to the brand’s support team (Example: "Hi Nuna Warranty Support..."). To help us advocate for you, please CC: info@goldtex.ca on all warranty communications.
