Exchanges & Returns - Canada

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of purchase, both in store and online. To exchange a product, please contact us at info@goldtex.ca with your order number and the product you wish to exchange. The product must be unused and have all original tags. There is no shipping cost for exchanging the size of a product such as shoes or clothing.

Please note: We will only process returns under the condition that the product remains unused and unopened, still in its original packaging. Once the package has been opened, the warranty will be activated, and we will be responsible for any defects by providing replacement parts.

If you choose to return an item and it is both unused and in its original packaging, a return shipping fee will be applied and a re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your total.

International Orders

We do not accept returns or refunds for any orders shipped outside of Canada. All international sales are final. However, we guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition and in full working order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, you may request assistance within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will provide replacement parts at no additional cost to you, ensuring that your item is restored to proper working condition. Please provide photographic proof of the issue, and we will either guide you through the warranty process with the manufacturer or handle the arrangement of the replacement part on your behalf.

Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned: socks, underwear, undershirts, breast pumps, bottles, bottle parts, pacifiers and mattresses.

To maintain the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for baptismal outfits, formal dresses and suits. However, to ensure that you receive the correct size, we offer a free exchange if you send us your child's measurements. Simply email us at info@goldtex.ca and we'll guarantee the right fit!

Baby gear items, such as strollers, car seats, bassinets, high chairs, swings, bouncers, cribs, and change tables, are non-refundable once the original packaging has been opened. At this point, any defects will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Defects & Warranty's

All products we sell are from authorized Canadian suppliers and come with their own manufacturer warranty. If a product breaks during use, please contact the company directly to claim your warranty, as warranty times vary by manufacturer.

If your order arrives with a defect, we will assist you in obtaining the appropriate replacement part as per the manufacturer’s warranty. You may either contact the company directly or reach out to us, and we will help connect you with the correct warranty department. Replacement parts typically arrive within 5–10 days, depending on the supplier.

Price Adjustment Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase date, we will issue a store credit for the price difference between what you paid and the new sale price. This store credit is automatically added to your Goldtex account and will appear there if you already have one. If you did not create an account, the credit will still be linked to the email address used at checkout. When placing your next order, simply enter the same email address and you will see the option to apply your store credit as a payment method. Store credits never expire and can be used at any time on future purchases.

      Liquid error (layout/theme line 1665): Could not find asset snippets/ecom_footer.liquid
