I was planning to travel by airplane with my 8-months old and needed a bigger bag to accommodate all the supplies we may need for our flight, while staying within baby's carry-on allowance. This bag exceeded my expectations: it has everything one may need. In addition to the changing pad, it has a thermobag for 2 8oz bottles of milk and 2 small ice blocks; a warm fleece blanket and enough pockets to store diapers, snacks and toys without creating a mess. And it fits perfectly under the seat, so no need to put it in the overhead bin.
For everyday use it may be a bit too big, so I will stick to my old backpack.
