Additional Information:

***Ear thermometers are generally quick, safe, and not uncomfortable. However, they are usually trickier to use than other methods. You must insert the ear thermometer at the right angle so the reading is not obstructed by the ear canal, and you must also make sure that there is not too much earwax obstructing the reading. Ear thermometers are not recommended for babies under 6 months old.

This thermometer has a margin of error of ⁺/- 0.2°C or ⁺/- 0.4°F (for temperactures between 36°C to 39°C / 96.8°F to 102.2°F)

Rectal Reading is recommended for a most accurate reading for newborns to 3 month old. Underarm and temporal is recommended for babies 3 months old to 4 years old. Ear is recommended for babies 6 months to years. Oral is recommended for children 4 years and older. Rectal reading is always the most accurate. It is a good idea when starting, to check the accuracy of the other readings by referring to the rectal.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
