As your baby grows: For babies over approximately 10 months, around 20 lb (9.1 kg), Snuggle Me recommends transitioning to a baby carrier that offers additional support. This recommendation is separate from the wrap’s maximum weight limit.
Care Instructions
Machine wash at a low temperature with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low. Do not bleach. Follow the care label to help prevent colour fading or bleeding.
Babywearing Safety
Carry your baby upright and facing you. Never use this wrap for forward-facing, horizontal or cradle-position carrying. Keep your baby’s face visible and uncovered, their chin away from their chest, and their back supported. Follow all manufacturer instructions for wrapping and positioning.
Check your baby’s breathing frequently. If your baby falls asleep, move them to an appropriate crib, cradle or bassinet. Consult a healthcare professional before babywearing, particularly for babies under four months, premature babies or babies with a medical condition.

International Shipping Policy
USA: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. Baby products are subject to different safety regulations and compliance standards in the U.S., which may result in customs delays, refused entry, or additional liability concerns. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.
❗INTERNATIONAL- DUTIES: Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any potential import charges prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for duties imposed by the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

If your item arrives defective or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. For sizing exchanges, we also cover the associated costs to make the process simple and stress-free.
If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).
For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim. All of our products are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind repairing or addressing defects within the applicable warranty period.
