Duties may apply to shipments entering the United States. As of 2024, orders under 800 CAD typically do not incur duties. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to be informed about any potential import duties before placing an order. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any duties imposed on the buyer by their home country.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
To get a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If this doesn't generate a shipping estimate, please proceed to checkout, where the total shipping cost will be calculated.
Duties may apply to international shipments. It is the buyer's responsibility to be informed about any potential import duties before placing an order. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any duties imposed on the buyer by their home country.
If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
Warranty's do not apply for clothing and shoes.
