Washing & Care
Important! Inspect the product before its use. Stretch in all directions to verify it's okay and don't use if you detect any product defects. Remove all packaging and labels from the product before giving it to the baby.
- Remove the muslin from the teether to wash each part separately.
- Muslin: Machine or hand wash the muslin at 30° maximum (Do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not tumble dry, do not iron).
- Teether: Clean the toy with water, soap and a damp cloth. Do not sterilize or store in the refrigerator.
- Store this product in dry, non-humid places. As any natural product, if you leave it in humid places during long periods of time mold could appear. We recommend to air-dry after every use.
- Do not leave this product in direct contact with sunlight or artificial light during long periods of time, as color may fade away.
- Variations in temperature may affect the size and shape of this product.

International Shipping Policy
USA: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. Baby products are subject to different safety regulations and compliance standards in the U.S., which may result in customs delays, refused entry, or additional liability concerns. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.
❗INTERNATIONAL- DUTIES: Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any potential import charges prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for duties imposed by the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

If your item arrives defective or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. For sizing exchanges, we also cover the associated costs to make the process simple and stress-free.
If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).
For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim. All of our products are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind repairing or addressing defects within the applicable warranty period.
