Multi-Mam Compresses treat breastfeeding discomforts such as nipple pain, swelling and sensitivity, with a direct soothing and cooling effect. Multi-Mam Compresses form a soft and comfortable pad on the sore nipple. The hero of the product is a plant-derived gel that generates moistness, forms a physical barrier for harmful bacteria and supports the natural healing process. It is not necessary to remove the gel prior to breastfeeding.

How can I use the Multi-Mam Compresses?

Open the sachet, unfold the compress and place the gel-impregnated side on the sore nipple. Leave the compress on for as long as needed. See recommended times below.

When should I use the Multi-Mam Compress, before or after breastfeeding?

We recommend you use a Multi-Mam Compress right after feeding – if used just before feeding, the moistness can make it more difficult for your baby to latch on.

How long should I keep a Multi-Mam Compress on my breast?

Ideally for 30 minutes; but for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of one hour.

How many times can I use one Multi-Mam Compress?

Each compress is for single use only. It should be disposed of after use for hygienic reasons.

I don’t have any problems yet. Is it good to use Multi-Mam Compresses as a precaution?

For precaution we advise Multi-Mam Balm or Multi-Mam Lanolin. These products protect nipples from drying and cracking.

USA: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. Baby products are subject to different safety regulations and compliance standards in the U.S., which may result in customs delays, refused entry, or additional liability concerns. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.

INTERNATIONAL- DUTIES: Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any potential import charges prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for duties imposed by the destination country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim.
