Baby products are subject to different safety regulations and compliance standards in the U.S., which may result in customs delays, refused entry, or additional liability concerns. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).
For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim. All of our products are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind repairing or addressing defects within the applicable warranty period.
