The SpecialNeeds Feeder is designed for babies who are unable to create a vacuum due to certain syndromes and neurological disorders, or because they were born with a cleft lip or palate.
Feeding babies with special needs: The SpecialNeeds Feeder is designed to allow the baby to use compression when they cannot create a vacuum to extract the liquid. The one-way valve prevents air from entering the teat. The caregiver can control the milk flow easily, thanks to the slit valve mechanism.
Benefits of the SpecialNeeds Feeder: The line mark on the teat helps the caregiver to find the right position (3 different flows). The slit valve makes the teat sensitive to any feeding effort and closes completely when the baby wants to pause. The one-way valve prevents air from entering the teat. The SpecialNeeds Feeder comes in the standard size. If the baby’s oral cavity size requires the smaller Mini SpecialNeeds teat, the teat can simply be replaced. The SpecialNeeds Feeder can be reused after it has been cleaned in accordance with the instructions for use.

International Shipping Policy
USA: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. Baby products are subject to different safety regulations and compliance standards in the U.S., which may result in customs delays, refused entry, or additional liability concerns. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.
❗INTERNATIONAL- DUTIES: Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any potential import charges prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for duties imposed by the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

If your item arrives defective or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. For sizing exchanges, we also cover the associated costs to make the process simple and stress-free.
If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).
For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim. All of our products are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind repairing or addressing defects within the applicable warranty period.
