Turn the pouch inside out and open the zipper.Fill with your favorite recipe (Smoothie, Compote, Yogurt, Baby Purée, Soup).
Prepare your snacks in advance and freeze them.
Place pouches on the top rack of the dishwasher.Otherwise, wash by hand with soapy water.

Other countries: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code.
