Other countries: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).

For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim.
