Cleaning & Care :
Clean after each use. We strongly recommend cleaning and sterilising this product with any steam sterilising system or by boiling in water for 2-3 minutes. Do not use any bleach-based agents or sterilising tablets to clean this product. Do not use UV sterilizers to clean this product as it may impact the lifespan of your cup.
Storage :
Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
Caution :
Check product condition regularly. Replace if this product shows any signs of damage. Do not store near any sharp objects. Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used to clean this product as hard scourers may scratch the surface. This product is not a toy. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Adult supervision is required.

USA: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
Other countries: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.
Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any potential import charges prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for duties imposed by the destination country.

If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).
For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim. All of our products are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind repairing or addressing defects within the applicable warranty period.
