The Gen7Pets™ Natural-Step® Mini Ramp with Poly-Grass gives your dog access to multiple heights, unlike fixed steps.
The Poly-Grass surface allows your dog to get a grip and feel secure, while walking up a soft surface that will not scratch their paw pads. The grass is also soft to the touch for the pet parent, and will not scratch or snag surfaces or materials. The lightweight ramp is easy to open to its full 42" length, and folds for convenient storage when not in use.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
