Constructed out of kiln-dried hardwood with hardwood veneers, the Julienne is built to last and is truly a lifetime investment. We believe in creating furniture that adapts to your growing child. The Julienne 5-in-1 Convertible Crib does exactly that. The Julienne features 3 mattress height settings that can be adjusted depending on our child. Set it at its highest setting during the newborn months and lower it as your child starts to pull up and stand. It converts to a toddler bed with our conversion kit (sold separately) and daybed. Add our wooden bed frame (sold separately) to convert it into a full-size bed. The Julienne is available in upholstered and non-upholstered versions. The Antique Mist and Cloud finishes feature upholstery on the headboard constructed from beautiful, stain-resistant, woven, linen-like fabric. The Brushed White finish features a full-panel headboard without upholstery. International Shipping Policy

USA: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. Baby products are subject to different safety regulations and compliance standards in the U.S., which may result in customs delays, refused entry, or additional liability concerns. To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.

❗INTERNATIONAL- DUTIES: Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any potential import charges prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for duties imposed by the destination country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

If your item arrives defective or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. For sizing exchanges, we also cover the associated costs to make the process simple and stress-free.

If a return or exchange is requested for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we do not accept returns on open boxes or hygienic products (exceptions apply).

For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim. All of our products are protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we stand behind repairing or addressing defects within the applicable warranty period.
