If you would like to introduce a soothing baby-friendly scent into the home, Hygro+ can also be used as an oil diffuser! Underneath the cool mist funnel, put a couple of drops of your chosen oil in with a few drops of water – we recommend something like lavender or camomile for babies.
Please note: it is important to maintain the cleaning of the Hygro baby humidifier. Over time, a lack of cleaning can interrupt the smooth functioning of the unit itself. We would recommend cleaning as often as once a week and filling with a fresh tank of water with each use.

To ensure full compliance and protect our customers, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. To receive a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If a rate does not appear in the cart, proceed to checkout where the final shipping cost will be calculated.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the shipment is left at customs, abandoned, or refused by the customer, the order will not be eligible for reimbursement. Due to the extremely high return shipping costs associated with international shipments, which often exceed the value of the product itself, packages in these situations are typically abandoned rather than returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order, shipping fees, or any related costs.

For international orders, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a product defect, please contact us — we will gladly assist you with a warranty claim.
