This thermometer has a margin of error of +/- 0.1°C (for temperatures between 34°C to 42°C)

It is important to ready the instructions carefully to understand the proper ways to handle and store thermometers which will have an effect on their accuracy and durability.
Rectal Reading is recommended for a most accurate reading for newborns to 3 month old. Underarm and temporal is recommended for babies 3 months old to 4 years old. Ear is recommended for babies 6 months to years. Oral is recommended for children 4 years and older. Rectal reading is always the most accurate. It is a good idea when starting, to check the accuracy of the other readings by referring to the rectal.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
