Lavage en machine à froid. Séchage en machine à basse température. Ne pas blanchir. Ne pas nettoyer à sec. Ne pas repasser. Assurez-vous que le vêtement est bien séché et retourné pendant le processus de séchage si nécessaire. Vous pouvez également trouver des instructions de lavage sur toutes les étiquettes d'entretien situées sur le produit.
Pour tous les produits en peluche, veuillez les retourner pendant le lavage. Vous pouvez les sécher au sèche-linge à basse température.
Pour toutes les pièces en fausse fourrure, veuillez retirer la fausse fourrure avant le lavage.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
