We offer free shipping on this item within Ontario and Quebec.

For all other provinces, a flat-rate shipping fee of $100 applies due to the large size and weight of this product.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
