Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges and returns are accepted in store & online within 14 business days of the purchase. 

Exchanges

It will be our pleasure to exchange the product for another size at no shipping cost to you. Contact us at returns@goldtex.ca with your order number, product to exchange/return & the reason.

Returns

Online orders can be refunded including shipping fees only if the product is unused and unopened, with all tags and packaging.

Refusing Shipments

If a customer refuses a shipment and the package is returned to us, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund after we receive the goods.

Are any items non-refundable & non-exchangeable?

Yes. For hygienic reasons, certain items such as socks, underwear, undershirts, breast pumps, baby bottles, bottle parts & pacifiers are final sale.

In order to maintain the proper condition of our delicate products, baptismal outfits, flower girl dresses and communion dresses are also final sale.

Defects & Warranties

If a product is defective or damaged when you receive it, we will issue a return label and replace the item.

All the products we sell are from authorized Canadian suppliers and therefore, come with their own warranty. If a product breaks during use, contact the product's company directly to claim your warranty. The warranty policies vary from one company to another.

Price Adjustment Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase date, we’ve got you covered. We will issue a store credit for the price difference between what you paid and the new sale price.

Your store credit will be automatically added to your Goldtex account.

  • If you already have an account, it will appear there.

  • If you didn’t create one, don’t worry—the credit will still be associated with your purchase email.

During checkout on your next order, simply enter the same email address, and you’ll see the option to apply your store credit as a payment method.

Store credits never expire, so you can use them anytime on future purchases.
