If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.

This stroller is overall awesome! I am giving it 4 stars only because of lack of storage. 4 kids is a lot of kids and that means a lot of travelling gear. Lots of people complain about how heavy it is when full of kids. But I live on a hill and I’m finding it very easy to push, turn and handle. The price was nice, I got it on sale, the shipping was super quick, like 2-3 days. This is my second foundation stroller. The last one I have was over ten years ago. The improvement are pretty great.

The zipper access in the under basket!
The large over head shade!
Thicker stronger wheel type.
Comfortable seats that each lean.
Cons.
Basket is too shallow, kids feet touch it.
Handle bar doesn’t have height options.
Closing mechanism is very hard for me, but it’s brand new and stiff. I’m sure it will improve with time.
Could use pockets in the back of the back seats because the lack of storage. Not many places for me to put hooks, or gadgets( lunch box, purse, basket for kids drinks etc.)
