The Snuggle Me® Lounger is NOT a sleeping device, and should never NEVER be put in a bassinet or crib. NEVER leave your baby unsupervised in the lounger, and NEVER use your lounger as a sleep device.

Washing & Care:
Machine wash on a cold gentle cycle with gentle dye free detergents. Do not pour detergent directly on the pillow. Wash by itself, and disable top loaders with agitators. Air dry on a flat surface until damp, then tumble dry on low.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
