What to expect when introducing the Philips Avent Natural Response Nipple. It is totally natural for baby to take 2-3 tries to get milk flowing from a new bottle. Unlike traditional bottles the Natural bottle is designed to only release milk when baby is actively drinking, like what happens when babies breastfeed. We have 5 different nipple flow rates for the Natural bottle. When looking for the right nipple flow rate, age is a guide, but baby's approach to drinking and the feeding cues they will show will help determine when to move to a higher or lower nipple flow rate.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
