- Para limpiarlo, simplemente pase el juguete por agua jabonosa y un paño húmedo. No lo esterilice ni lo guarde en el refrigerador.
- Nuestros juguetes deben almacenarse en un lugar seco. Como cualquier producto natural, los juguetes pueden comenzar a enmohecerse si se dejan en un ambiente húmedo o mojado. Se recomienda secarlos al aire entre usos.
- No dejar en contacto directo con la luz solar o luz artificial durante largos periodos de tiempo, el color puede desvanecerse.
- Cada juguete es diferente. Nuestros productos están hechos a mano uno a uno, por lo que las pequeñas imperfecciones son las que hacen que cada producto sea único.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
