Se recomienda la lectura rectal para una lectura más precisa en recién nacidos hasta los 3 meses de edad. Se recomienda la lectura axilar y temporal en bebés de 3 meses a 4 años. Se recomienda la lectura ótica en bebés de 6 meses a 12 años. Se recomienda la lectura oral en niños de 4 años en adelante. La lectura rectal siempre es la más precisa. Es una buena idea, al comenzar, verificar la precisión de las otras lecturas consultando la lectura rectal.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
